TIE ROD NUT

• Easily used by attaching to both ends of tie-rod shaft
• You don't even need a special key for multiple plugging and unplugging.
• Due to their special structure, an appropriately sized hammer or iron bar will do this.
• It is very durable and long-lasting because it is manufactured from ductile iron.

TIE ROD MIRROR

• It is made of sheet steel.
• It is used in stud shafts to increase the surface where the nuts contact the mold.
• There are nail holes for fixing the mold. Thus, they are prevented from being lost while removing the formwork.

WATER KEEPER

• It is made of ductile iron.
• The middle of the water traps is full.
• Reinforcement of the mold is provided by attaching tie-rot at both ends.
• There are tie-rod protective pipes and pipe caps outside the tie-rod shafts.
• After pouring the concrete into the mold, the tie-rod shafts are removed.
• The waterstop, tie-rod protective pipe and pipe caps remain in the concrete.
• It is generally used in treatment plants to prevent water tightness.

TIE ROD PROTECTIVE PIPE

• The PVC pipes we manufacture are used to protect the tie-rod shaft in steel and wooden molds, curtain concrete casting.
• It is produced in desired diameters and lengths.
• The standard length of the pipes is 3.00 Mt.

TIE ROD PROTECTIVE PIPE HEAD

• It is attached to the head of the tie-rod pipe to keep the formwork at the same distance and protects the tie-rod shaft from concrete leakage.
• Angles and gaps in the head can be easily closed by the joint sealant.

TIE ROD TAPER

• It is used to protect tie-rod shafts used in curtain concrete castings in steel and wooden molds.
• Although it is produced in three different sizes, it can be produced in the desired size.
• Thanks to its conical shape, it can be removed and used many times.

PIPE PLUGS

• They are plastic elements used to close tie-rod holes used in playwoods, steel molds and curtain concrete.

WEEDY

• If a normal iron rod is used instead of a tie-rod in the mold installation, it is attached to both ends of the iron rod and the mold is installed.
