KLİSOM Cell aspirators are central system devices that allow the room air to be exhausted in buildings. Metal filters are used to protect the fan and motor group inside the cell in cases where oily air needs to be exhausted in the cell aspirators that are manufactured without a filter as a standard.

GENERAL FEATURES

• The edge profiles and reinforcement profiles that make up the exoskeleton are manufactured from 6063 quality aluminum material by extrusion in different sizes in accordance with the device size.

• Profile corner elements are manufactured from plastic material in accordance with the profile structure.

• The cover panels used to cover the visible underside of the skeleton structure are manufactured from galvanized sheet metal. In sandwich panels, the inner and outer wall thicknesses are manufactured from 0.60-1.00 mm galvanized sheet depending on the device size.

• Rockwool or glasswool material is optionally used in the middle part of the sandwich structure.

• Service doors consist of hinged and locking door handle mechanisms. Optionally, sight glass and lighting fixture are also used.

• Sealing gaskets used at the junction points of the edge and reinforcement profiles and cover panels, in order to prevent possible air leaks, are made of EPDM material. These gaskets, which are not crushed or deformed, provide maximum sealing.

• The outer body and wing profiles of air dampers are manufactured from 6063 quality aluminum material by extrusion. Gear and bearing parts are made of rigid PVC material. The blades are manufactured in a way that allows to catch the minimum pressure loss on the air passage.

• Static and dynamically balanced, radial double suction, high efficiency fans are used in the aspirator cells. In order to prevent the transmission of vibration to the cell, the fan-motor group is mounted on vibration isolators of the size and quantity determined depending on the capacity, and the fan mouth is connected to the main body with a flexible connection. Belts and pulleys in accordance with the norms stipulated by the standard are used in the fan-motor group.
