DZ series, monoblock body, helical bevel gear reducers are designed for systems where input and output shafts must be 90 ̊. They are produced in seven different body sizes and they are high torque gearboxes. They are manufactured with motor adapters for standard IEC B5 flanged motors. IE2 or IE3 efficiency class, IEC standards motors are used. It is suitable for use in heavy conditions with its rigid structures. GG20 cast iron or GGG40 nodular cast iron is used as the body material. Gears are produced from high quality cementation steel. The gears are heat treated to ensure a surface hardness of 58-60 HRC, and they are ground in high-tech benches. Special felt applications are available for dusty environments.
