Egepen Deceuninck Sliding Systems are designed to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, to enable us to live in harmony with nature and to think freely in architectural designs.
Sliding systems can be divided into two groups;
Double rail sliding- (Sliding frame)
It is provided by the operation of two movable sliding wings on the sliding frame.
Monorail sliding- (Fixed sliding frame/Fixed sliding frame frame)
In applications where one movable sliding wing and the other side is a fixed section, a fixed sliding frame or a fixed sliding sill frame is used as the frame profile.
System Integrity
With 26 different PVC profiles in the Sliding System, many special details have been solved. There are 3 different frame profiles: sliding frame and fixed sliding frame frame profile.
There are two different sliding wing profiles (3 chambers) options according to the window and door sizes to be produced in the sliding system. While it is aimed to increase the glass area, that is, the field of view, in the window sliding system, it is aimed to increase the strength in the door sliding system.
Insulation Concept
In the design of the sliding system, the concept of “INSULATING” was prioritized. Many profiles and auxiliary materials in the system are designed with the aim of isolation. TPE gasket is included in the butt closure and butt joint profiles at the joint to provide isolation. In addition, solutions that increase insulation have been produced for many materials in the system.
Compatibility with Zendow, Everest Max and Everest Systems
Sliding and Fixed Sliding Systems can be combined with Zendow, Everest Max and Everest Systems by using auxiliary profiles.
New Aluminum Profiles
With the aluminum face closure and aluminum butt joint profiles, the wind resistance of the joinery is increased and it is possible to manufacture joinery in larger sizes. At the same time, these aluminum profiles complete the joinery aesthetically.
Fixed Section Possibility in Sliding Frame and Fixed Sliding Systems
Fixed sections can be created on the top and sides in sliding frame double wing movable or fixed sliding frame applications. At the same time, jalousie glass application can be made in this system.
