Electrolytic, 58 conductivity copper material is used as an electrode in plunge erosion, and as a busbar in high-low current panels and transformers.
CENTER COPPER (CRM 16/CU-Cr-Zr)
It is used as spot welding electrode and seam welding disc in the welding of parts requiring high electrical conductivity, hardness and strength at high temperatures, low carbon steels (Panel radiator, gas tanks, etc.) and galvanized sheets (automotive and white goods).
BERRYLIUM COPPER (CB 4 / Cu-Co-Ni-Be)
In parts that require higher hardness and strength at higher temperatures, while copper has lower conductivity. It is used as spot welding electrode and seam welding disc of stainless steel sheets.
