| MAIN CHASSIS | The main frame middle strut plate will be made into an I profile from 15 mm lower and upper plates and 20 mm sheet metal. It will be welded from one end to the other with gas metal arc welding. And it is in the form of a strong box resistant to heavy tonnage. It will be of the same thickness and material as the I profile used in the main chassis in the gooseneck assembly. The blades used in the Deveboynu sleepers are the same thickness as the chassis blades. There are 3 pieces of tipper chassis and 300x100 U profile will be passed through the middle chassis. All welding will be done by gas metal arc welding. |
