• General

It can work for 40,000 hours without interruption. It is never affected by external environmental factors. DIN ISO 1940 Pt. It is statically and dynamically balanced in accordance with Class 6.3. Vibration level : ISO

Conforms to vibration standard 2372:1974. It provides ease of assembly due to its lightness and disassembly feature. The mounting base has a square fixing frame. There is a suction diffuser on the suction side for high efficiency and quiet operation. There is a protective wire conforming to EN294 on the shot side.

• Engine

The motor has closed type self-lubricating bearings with protection class IP 54. IP67 External terminal box is on the body. Motors are protected by Thermistor. It turns itself off in case of overheating, and restarts when it cools down.

• Body

The body is completely made of stainless material. The case with a composite structure does not rust and rot. The body made of Carbon Fiber reinforced Thermoplastic material is 10 times stronger and 1/4 times lighter than steel. It is resistant to land load. It does not leak rain water and snow coming at an angle of 30º.

• Propeller

The wings have a sickle structure made of lacquered aluminum or polyamide material. It has a wing structure with aerofoil section that keeps little dirt. It is coated with RAL 9010 epoxy resin coated paint.
