General features

E Series gearboxes are gear units consisting of worm screw and gear stage. It is used in applications where the input and output shafts must be 90º. Hardened and ground screw material (21NiCrMo2) and impeller made of phosphor bronze (Gz12SnCuNi) provide high strength and efficiency. E series gearboxes bring ease of assembly and flexibility with their changeable body system that can be connected from all sides. Flange and output shaft connections are suitable for multiple alternative installations. Aluminum injection casting is used in the bodies from E30 to E80, and cast iron body material is used in the E100 and E125 bodies.
