Sliding Cover Steam Sterilizer

Steam Sterilizers (Autoclaves) are fully automatic PLC (Prograrrnable Logistic Computer ) devices that can perform sterilization with a saturated steam sterilization system and also monitor and record the sterilization processes. In our sliding cover models; Motorized sliding cover systems are used in the opening and closing of the container.

In case of emergency, the device has an emergency door opening mechanism. When the door of the sterilization room is open, the device is prevented from starting any sterilization program. In our sliding door models, the process of opening the cover at the program head and closing the cover when the program is finished is done automatically by the PLC. While the cover is closing, in case any object comes over the cover in the direction of movement, the cover stops and opens again automatically for safety reasons. The sealing of the sterilization chamber is provided with a heat-resistant silicone gasket in the models with sliding lids. It can be easily disassembled and mounted without removing any parts.

• System that warns the user when the water runs out and cuts the power when necessary.
• System that warns when the door is open and does not start the program until the door is closed.
• System that warns when there is no steam and does not start the program until steam is supplied.
• System that does not open the door before the pressure in the sterilization chamber drops to atmospheric pressure.
• High pressure Alert.
• Pressure sensing sensor error.
• Heat detection element (PT 100); faults are seen on the screen and the user is informed.
• Sikon door gasket prevents the entry of air that has not passed the HePa filter, by providing impermeability until the sterilization cabinet reaches atmospheric pressure.
