It has sufficient equipment to measure effectively and accurately from the pipe surface. It also benefits from modern technology such as ultrasonic transmission, digital signal processing and transit time measurement. It also has features that allow us to determine the optimal level, adapting perfectly and automatically with special signal quality monitoring and technologies that can adapt itself to different pipe types.

DMTF family flowmeters have been carefully designed with a single user and single interface program in terms of ease of use and speed of use. The unique clamp-on connection design makes the sensor assembly simple, straightforward and does not require any other devices.

Thanks to the converters, which prevent intervention in the pipe, situations such as pressure drop, mounting of moving parts, leakage formation and corrosion are eliminated.

Measurement Principle

The DMTF transit time ultrasonic flowmeter contains two sensors, each of which can act as a receiver and transmitter separately. The sensors are mounted on a closed pipe at a specific distance from each other. Sensors can be connected in 3 ways; V-Method, which predicts ultrasonic sound to cross twice in the pipe, W-Method, which predicts ultrasonic sound to cross 4 times in the pipe, or Z-Method, which predicts ultrasonic sound to cross in the pipe once, by placing the sensors mutually. Choosing the mounting method depends on the characteristics of the pipe and the liquid in it. When the flowmeter is operating, both sensors act as receiver and transmitter, sending signal beams to each other (Figure 1). Because ultrasonic sound travels downwards faster than upwards, in this case there will be a time difference (△t).

If there is no flow, the time difference will be zero. For this reason, if the transition times of the upstream and downstream directions are known, the time difference and, accordingly, the flow velocity (V) and the flow volume (Q) can be found from the formula.

About K Mode Sensors;

K mode sensors with Circular Clamp method and in which the signal transceiver points are firmly fixed to the pipe, in this case, the device applies the parameters of reliability in measurement, sufficient application area and excellent accuracy with high precision.

Features:

1. Memory capacity can be 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB provides data recording based on SD card data memory. Normally, 1GB can store 5 years of data with session 5 minutes apart.

2. It is very easy to read data from SD card (just Plug Out Dynameters Data Logger and browse to SD card file, run Dynameters Data logger and analyze software).

3. Data report and Data Curve functions (shown right).

4. User can edit and print Excel report and (right showed) on PC.

6. Log Parameters: Flow Rate, Velocity, Positive total flow, Negative total flow, Net total flow, Total heat flow and heat flow rate. If the user is interested in other parameters, please consult us. Users can delete the unnecessary parameters from the Excel Table and then print the data table.

7. We have two types of data logging, dedicated (including DMTFB, DMTFC, DMTFD, DMTFF, DMHF) and Portable (DMTFP) Series, another two for Handheld (DMTFH) Series.
