It prepares the hot water you need in a short time by feeding the serpentine with the steam and superheated water coming from the boiler, steam and superheated water systems, as well as the hot water coming from the solar collectors and heating systems.

The boiler coil is a bundle of pipes through which the heating fluid is passed. The boiler coil can be manufactured from copper (Cu), Iron (Fe) and drawn steel pipe.

When the boiler is uninsulated, it is possible for the stored hot water to cool faster depending on the characteristics of the area where it is located. In such cases, the boiler is insulated with insulating glass or rock wool (10 cm.) and covered with galvanized sheet. In this way, the boiler heat loss is reduced and maximum heat and fuel savings are achieved.

The boiler can be manufactured in horizontal and vertical types according to your needs. Due to the insufficient size of the boiler rooms of most of the buildings in Turkey, there are problems in the placement of such devices. The boiler to be manufactured vertically will provide a definite solution to the space problem in the boiler room.

The boiler is designed and produced in accordance with the rules required by the standard. P 235 GH Erdemir brand high quality sheet metal is used as boiler tank sheet. After passing the tests required by the standards in our factory, the boiler is approved for delivery and stamped. This stamp means that the boiler can be used safely by our valued customers.

The average lifetime of the boilers, which are operated under appropriate conditions of use, is 10 years. However, this period may decrease or increase depending on the characteristics of the fluid used. All our boiler products are guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects. During this period, which starts from the delivery of the boiler and continues for two years, the boiler is under the guarantee of TEMASAN.
