Vac system impregnation plant

The impregnation plant consists of two separate sections. Thanks to the special design of the processing tank and the storage tank, where the impregnation is made, the amount of solution used for each loading can be precisely measured. The fact that the impregnation plant consists of two separate sections ensures easy maintenance and cleaning. Thanks to the special cover design of the impregnation treatment tank, there is no leakage from the cover during the process. In addition, no tightening is applied in the cover system. The lid, which can be opened and closed easily by one person, is very simple to use. However, due to the simplicity of the system, none of the malfunctions that may occur in hydraulic or pneumatic valve systems occur. Therefore, maintenance and repair works can be done without the need for service.
