STRONG DURABLE MAIN CHASSIS Robust and durable main frame ensures safe transportation, long-lasting operation and precise weighing by minimizing vibrations in measurement.
UNIQUE SINGLE CHASSIS DESIGN It is mounted on the main chassis and carried on it, together with all necessary equipment (Water tank, water pump, additive tank, additive pumps and air compressor) for the concrete plant to operate. All equipment connections are made and tested in our factory.
EASE OF CARRYING Due to its strong structure, MB-60M concrete batching plant with 2 sets of cement screw conveyors, filters and silo accessories can only be transported with a single trailer truck. All MEKA mobile concrete batching plants are equipped with two axles to ensure good weight distribution.
QUICK INSTALLATION MEKA Mobile concrete batching plants come with all pre-connected equipment to enable quick installation on site. Typically, a standard mobile concrete batching plant can be installed within 1-2 days.
MINIMUM BASIC REQUIREMENTThanks to its design, our mobile concrete batching plants minimize operating costs thanks to the minimum need for basic concrete in the area where they will be installed.
1.0 m³ SINGLE SHAFT, DOUBLE SHAFT or PLANETARY MIXER Providing the desired homogeneity of modern concrete mixtures as soon as possible is often the most critical stage of concrete production. This is why reliable, high quality mixing equipment is needed.
Distinctive Features
Belt Cleaning SystemChevron type transfer belts are used in all of MEKA mobile concrete batching plants due to their compactness and design. In general, cleaning of chevron type belts is more difficult due to its structure. Simple tape erasers cannot show sufficient cleaning performance. For this reason, all MEKA mobile concrete batching plants are equipped with an electrically driven cleaning brush system as standard.
Aggregate Collection Chute After the transfer belt cleaning process is completed, all the spilled aggregate is discharged to a single place thanks to the collecting chute. All MEKA mobile concrete batching plants are equipped with an aggregate collection chute to keep your plant clean and running smoothly.
High Weighing AccuracyHeavy Mainframe: The heavy mainframe minimizes vibrations caused by loading, mixer feeding and mixing. Less vibration not only increases the weighing precision, but also contributes to the capacity increase of the plant by enabling the weighing process to be done quickly.
Separate Weighing Chambers: In all MEKA concrete plants, cement, water and additives are transported on separate chassis instead of carrying the carrier bodies of the weighing chambers to the mixer body. Vibrations arising from the mixer mixing process affect the weighing accuracy and prolong the weighing times. Therefore, the power plant capacity is also negatively affected.
Çoktu Loadcell Design: Cement and water weighing hoppers are equipped with 2 loadcells to optimize load distribution and maximize accuracy. On the other hand, the cardan shafts in the weighing group allow free movement and prevent deterioration of the loadcell and other connections.
No Front Support Design Due to the heavy-duty chassis design, none of MEKA mobile concrete batching plants require front support. The absence of front supports not only shortens the installation time, but also allows the mixer truck to approach from 3 points (180 degrees) and approach the power plant in a shorter time. This feature provides an advantage to its users in strict and narrow field conditions.
Sufficient Bandwidth Most of the concrete plant manufacturers use narrower transfer belt to reduce the cost and this application increases the transfer time of the aggregate to the mixer. MEKA MB-60M and MB-100M models are equipped with 800mm and 1000mm wide transfer belts, respectively, to maximize the specified capacity.

Operational Options
Built-in 30 Ton Cement SiloThis equipment, which enables concrete production in areas where cement supply is difficult, is offered as an option in our 60M mobile concrete batching plants.
Mobile Aggregate Feeding System Due to the general structure and design of mobile concrete batching plants, the aggregate bunker height is quite high. We have developed a mobile aggregate feeding system to reduce the high costs of a one-sided or two-sided feeding ramp and to facilitate the aggregate loading operation.
Mobile Steel Foundation for Cement SilosMobile steel foundations allow cement silos to be built on level ground without the need for any concrete slab or column foundations. This option provides faster installation and reduces operating costs thanks to its portability.
